Frank Denbow :

  • Founder of INFLECTION, a 501c3 non-profit community for profit driven entrepreneurs.

  • Currently works at Microsoft where he lead the Microsoft for Startups team (sourcing 100+ startups, providing the startups with $250k+ in value, each!)

  • Served on the COVID-19 Task Force for Microsoft, working closely with (Kurt DelBene of the SLT and Adam Rogge Of the Task Force with Microsoft for Startups.)

Format

We’ve spent years perfecting the model, supporting 1000s of startups in the ecosystem and have a proven model for investing capital / time / patience into the next generation of diverse leaders.

Overall Strategy:

  • Universal basic income for entrepreneurs, help them hit their inflection point of profitability within their first 2 years.

  • 1-2 annual batches of 5-10 companies per country

  • Salary covered for an adequate standard of living for each employee per year (up to 5 people, up to 3 years), with an application process for everyone for maximum fairness. The number changes based on standard of living in the country, in the US that is $100k / year.

  • Each company gives 1% in advisor shares to the collective of companies to incentivize community between founders (shared success).

  • After being notified of acceptance, teams convene for a week long summit, with a council of experts (who have carry in the fund):

Each day of the summit is dedicated to one company, and everyone is invested deeply in the success of the other companies. Online community is formed for ongoing connection for the cohort.
